Family or work is more important?

Nobody is unreachable. When you leave an organization or a career, keep in mind that they will continue on without you, but your family will be the one thing that stays with you. Never lose sight of the fact that your family comes first.

Your family responsibilities make you a better employee (or boss, or entrepreneur) Someone who works hard for and prioritizes their family is an excellent employee, manager, or entrepreneur. They understand how to multitask well. They can manage both people and procedures with ease.

This may frighten some folks, but here goes… Work is not the most important thing in the world. Or, to put it another way, your health, family, loved ones, “you” time, and very life take precedence over your career.

Family is the single most influential factor in a child’s existence. Children rely on their parents and relatives to protect them and cater for their needs from the minute they are born. A child’s initial relationships are formed by his or her parents and relatives. Family, regardless of age, gives protection, identity, and values to all members.

People require people. However, if forced to pick between the two, American academics…
